12 ounces of freshly picked Maine lobster meat
6 ounces of brown butter vinaigrette
4 fluffy steamed buns
Chives for garnish
In the summer, Eventide sells an average of 500-600 of these lobster rolls per day. It’s one of the most popular restaurants in Portland, Maine.
