In a TikTok posted by @drerenee11, the user’s boyfriend is seen wearing a headband featuring an elastic cord with a ball attached. The man is totally engrossed by the item, punching the ball while doing mundane tasks like brushing his teeth and walking his dog.
“Y’all. My boyfriend ordered this on Amazon… and now he loves it more than me,” the user captioned the video. The video has been liked more than 57,000 times.

The product featured in the video is actually called a reflex ball and was created to practice hand-eye coordination in boxing. Although it looks pretty silly, the product is actually an effective training tool for practicing your reflexes for the ring. Or truly, it’s just a great way to kill time.
To use, you simply strap the headband piece around your head, which has the elastic cord with a ball attached. Once you start punching the ball, it gains momentum, snapping back for a rhythmic punch.
