Blake Lively's complete style transformation: From teenage dream to the A-list

Updated

Blake Lively first hit the Hollywood scene when "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" premiered in 2005, but it wasn't until the hit TV series "Gossip Girl" premiered in 2007 that Lively became a household name at just 20 years old.

While she once was known to rock low-rise jeans and spaghetti-strap tank tops, Blake now dons couture. From the white Chanel dress that she wore to the 2014 Cannes Festival to the incredibly ornate Versace gown she wore at the 2018 Met Gala, the actress is a favorite to dress among designers.

The star went through a phase of wearing strictly bold pants suits while promoting her film "A Simple Favor," making lime green, navy blue and tuxedo styles all her own, making herself even more of a paparazzi magnet than before.

Lively, who is married to fellow A-lister Ryan Reynolds, has also rocked several iconic gowns during both of her pregnancies: Whether it was the Pikachu-channeling yellow dress that she debuted her second baby bump in at the premiere of Reynolds' film, "Detective Pikachu," in May 2019 or the baby blue bump-accentuating stunner she wore at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016, Lively has redefined celebrity pregnancy style.
