Sharma is intensely focused during the training session. Despite her small physique she barely misses a shot. The young star may credit her coach and father Pardeep Sharma, a former cricketer himself, for contributing to her success.
“Pari has not played any big matches yet, but it is good people are talking about her technique,” her dad told Indian Express.
People are talking indeed. The video of Sharma’s training session received 729,000 views and was pro-athlete-approved. Cricketers Michael Vaughan, Mike Atherton, Shai Hope and Alexandra Hartley praised the young girl’s skills.

Although Sharma’s father was unable to go pro, he hopes his daughter will go farther than he did. At university, he competed alongside notable players like Ajay Ratra and Joginder Sharma, according to Indian Express.
Today, the doting coach trains his daughter with 14 to 15-year-old boys at local academies in the area. Sharma has played cricket since she was 4 years old and already has some lofty goals.
“My dream is to crack all world records in women’s cricket and to establish a new level in the women’s game,” Pari told Indian Express.
