Missing Starbucks? You can make their coffee drinks at home

On a regular day, I often stop at Starbucks to grab my go-to order: a skinny vanilla latte with almond milk. I conveniently live right next door to one in New York City with a large outdoor patio for sitting in the sun during the warmer months.

Some early mornings, I’ll stop in to grab my cup of joe on the way to the laundromat, to sip on while I read a book as my clothes go through the spin cycle. In the afternoon, I’ll stop by for a quick break from work for a caffeine pick-me-up.

Of course, in recent weeks, my “regular days” have shifted to making coffee at home and walking past the Starbucks on the corner, now closed through May 3. Sure, Starbucks isn’t essential, a need or even a huge luxury, however, it was part of a routine and a small comfort I enjoyed.

If you miss your go-to Starbucks order, like myself, you can purchase several Starbucks products for making drinks at home. Get them at stores like Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart, Amazon and more, and in a wide variety of forms: K-cups, Nespresso capsules, ground beans, whole beans.

You can shop below for some of Starbucks’ at-home coffee products. While it might not be the same coming from your friendly barista, it’s not as hard as it may seem to get something similar (especially if you have a milk frother for lattes).
