As major companies, such as LVMH, Coty Inc and Peter Thomas Roth, pivot their factories to producing hand sanitizers — in order to combat the shortage amid the global pandemic — more and more brands are continuing to follow suit.

Highline Wellness is the latest lifestyle brand to make the transition. Known for their cult-classic CBD products, the New-York based company just introduced a premium CBD hand sanitizer to their lineup. The best part? They're selling it at the same price it cost them to make it, which is a rarity considering the increased public demand.

Plus, The brand has donated hundreds of them to Elmhurst Hospital in New York City.

"Fortunately, we have an amazing relationship with our supplier and they were able to work with us to secure the ingredients at a reasonable price point. We made the decision to sell them at wholesale cost on our website because we felt it was the right thing to do during this time," Christopher Roth, the brand's CEO, explained to In The Know. "We view our relationship with our customers as a true partnership, and if we can make products that ultimately help them maintain a high quality of life, we’re going to do that."

The alcohol-based sanitizer is made with aloe leaf juice and CBD. The brand recommends applying "the hand sanitizer to the palm of one hand and rub the product all over the surfaces of your hands. The process should take between 15 and 30 seconds, until your hands are dry." Highline Wellness also states that their product is a "good way to help prevent infection and the spread of germs."

The formula is lab tested and has been certified by the Good Manufacturing Practices. Other active ingredients include Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Disodium EDTA, DMDM Hydantoin and Diazolidinyl Urea.

In addition to the news, the buzzy CBD brand also launched CBD Immunity Gummies. "We at Highline Wellness are doing our best to do what we can with the resources we have during this unprecedented time. As we all adapt to this new normal, we are adapting to your needs," they took to social media to announce.

Their Boosted and Balanced Immunity Gummies is formulated with CBD, vitamin C and zinc. The combination works as a strong antioxidant that can boost your antioxidant levels, while the zinc may reduce inflammation.
