Some people enjoy the finer things in life, and that includes a well-crafted cocktail. But, that doesn’t mean you need to visit your favorite bar or stock up on specialty ingredients to imbibe. Herb & Lou Infused Cocktail Ice Cubes are essentially freezable mixers with everything you need to make a delicious cocktail packed into one cube.

Simply open a single ice cube, place it in your choice of glass and pour over your favorite alcohol. You can add a splash of seltzer for a little bubbly (or use only seltzer to make a mocktail) and top with a garnish if you want to go the extra mile.

Herb & Lou Infused Cocktail Ice Cubes are available in five distinct flavors:

  • The Clyde (peach with benedictine-inspired herbs and bitters)

  • The Cecile (cucumber and watermelon margarita with clover honey & thyme)

  • The Cooper (blood orange-ginger old-fashioned)

  • The Oliver (an “unclassic negroni” with wormwood extract)

  • The Seymour (meyer lemon daquiri with bergamot, chamomile and vanilla)

You can purchase them on Herb & Lou’s website, at Williams Sonoma and more. We found an amazing deal at Food 52, where each flavor is sold in a set, which includes two packs of 12 cubes (24 total) and costs $36. So, that’s about $1.50 per cocktail. If you want to try a few flavors, you can also get a set of three for $55 or a set of four for $140.
