Quality dinnerware, particularly plate settings, can cost a pretty penny, especially when they’re crafted with quality materials and functional form designs.

The folks at Our Place — the creators of the best-selling Always Pan — have crafted two product sets as part of its Essentials line that will not only consolidate space in your kitchen cabinets, but will also add a warm, homey flair to your next sit-down meal.

The minimalist and fellowship-oriented brand, founded by former Malala Fund co-founder Shiza Shahid, gained major notoriety for its 8-in-1 Always Pan and continues to set the standard for sleek and warm kitchen essentials with these plate and side bowl sets.

Retailing for $50 and $45 respectively, these staples — both available in sets of four — will not only add a warm upgrade to any kitchen, but will also take up very little space while doing so thanks to their stackable designs.

Each plate is made of ceramic and features a lip that ensures that food stays within the confinements of the space — no matter how messy things get. The side bowls are perfectly sized to fit everything from soups to cereal and, like the plates, can be fully stacked atop one another.

Available in three colors each (spice, steam and char), these plate and bowl quads are all hand-painted, making each one of a kind. They are also dishwasher- and microwave-safe.

Shoppers can’t find enough positive words to describe this wonderful collection. One five-star reviewer called the plates’ aesthetic “timeless” before adding that they are lightweight and long-lasting.

Another shopper raved that the bowls are “substantial in size and weight” and are, in fact, “much larger than I expected (in a good way).”
