When you’re socially isolating, all rules of etiquette go out the window.
Author Curtis Sittenfeld took to Twitter to share a photo of herself dressed in a wedding dress and veil, casually eating lunch with her kids.
“Social distancing Day 12: Today my kids wanted me to wear my wedding dress at lunch and I couldn’t think of a reason not to,” she wrote in her tweet.
Soon, others began replying to her tweet with images of wedding dresses in unusually casual places, sparking a glamorous trend.
