These San Diego Zoo live cams let you hang out with animals while you're stuck at home

If you’re getting tired of being stuck at home with the same people, why not just hang out with animals instead?

That’s a totally possible option, thanks to this series of live streams from inside San Diego Zoo. The zoo, often considered America’s most famous, is home to baboons, penguins, polar bears, elephants, pandas and more.

And all of those creatures can now come straight into your home, in the form of these endlessly entertaining streams that show each animal inside their respective habitats.

The live cam series is following suit with dozens of zoos and aquariums around the country, which have opened their digital doors after being forced to temporarily shut down in-person visits.

That means the options are almost unlimited. The San Diego Zoo has one of the country’s most diverse selections of wildlife, but if aquatic life is more your thing, why not check out the Monterey Bay Aquarium?

You can visit the famous aquarium through a similarly large collection of live cams that showcase sharks, sea otters, coral reef habitats and more. There’s also a constant feed of the aquarium’s moon jellyfish collection, which looks like the most calming screensaver you’ll ever find.
