Teen recreates red carpet glamor using household objects: 'The fiercest thing I've ever seen'

A teenager is going viral on TikTok after teaching his followers how to recreate classy red carpet photo-ops — all from the comfort of their own home.

The user, who goes by the name Junayd on the platform, shared his impressive hack after revealing that his prom had been canceled this year.

“This suit will never be worn to prom,” the caption to the video, which has been viewed more than 10 million times in four days.

Junayd’s video is described as a step-by-step guide, recreating the slow-mo glamour shots that are often used to share celebrities’ runway looks.

The first step of Junayd’s how-to is to “strap down a contraption,” which involves the teen hanging several rope-like items from his ceiling. Then he attaches his phone to the dangling gadget and puts on his suit.

“Put on the suit that will sadly never be worn again,” Junayd’s on-screen caption says.

The TikToker then takes several photos, which surprisingly have the same effect as a red carpet photo shoot. The hack clearly impressed other users, who praised the hack in the video’s comments.

“YOURE HIRED,” one user wrote.

“omg no way, thought this was not gonna work,” another added.

“THIS IS THE FIERCEST THING IVE EVER SEEN YES,” another wrote.
