Kitty and Vibe is a woman-owned swimwear brand by Cameron Armstrong that offers a break from disappointing bikinis — but more specifically, bikini bottoms. Changing everything you thought you knew about swimwear sizing, Kitty and Vibe introduced their “Kitty Sizes” which takes the measurements of your hips and that wagon behind you into consideration. But what also makes this small millennial-owned business different is that many of its customers wear their swimwear outside of the pool.
For a lot of customers, the swimsuits have shown to be so comfortable, people wear it just because it feels good against the skin.
“I have not gotten a chance to wear my Kitty to the pool, but I’ve worn it around the house!” One customer wrote. And in regards to the brand’s 5-star rated scoop top, a customer even “wears it as a bra at least twice a week.”
The collection of bottoms ranging from high-waisted and cheeky to tops with square-shaped and supportive underwire bra silhouettes are available in a variety of colors and prints. And while prints are some of the bestsellers, the brand introduced its Simply Kitty line last year, consisting of earth tone shades for those who lounge in their so-called “kitties.”
