The Cravings author stressed in her cookbook and food blog that “you can’t go back to frying or microwaving bacon after roasting it,” and she wasn’t lying.
Outlined in the recipe for her garlic-roasted bacon dish, Teigen gushed that placing the strips of bacon flat on a parchment paper or foil-lined baking sheet produces “no curling, no turning, no huge grease splatter mess, and no juggling two dishes between multiple burners while cooking breakfast.”

According to the recipe, all you have to do is preheat the oven to 375°F, lay the bacon out on the lined sheet so the slices don’t overlap, sprinkle garlic pieces all over the bacon (optional), and roast for 12 to 15 minutes, until crisp.
When you’re all done, simple discard of the parchment paper or foil and that’s it! No dirty dishes!
