Everything bagel seasoning is a genius mix of salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and dehydrated onion and garlic — basically all of the spices that make up an everything bagel, if you couldn't tell by the name. Sprinkle it on avocado toast, over popcorn, toss with breadcrumbs for coating chicken or my personal favorite, mix it with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt to make an ever-so-addicting and healthy dip for fresh veggies and pretzels. For anyone concerned, the mix is also low carb, gluten-free and paleo diet-friendly.

Everything bagel seasoning was first made famous by Trader Joe’s in February 2017, but several other brands produce it as well. Namely, spice aficionado McCormick, which sells it in 14.3 ounce tubs on Amazon and packs in all the same great taste. (FYI, McCormick's jar is over five times as big as the Trader Joe's version.)
