Before even launching her new Danielle Bernstein for Macy’s collection, available now, the influencer behind @WeWoreWhat knew there was one piece that had to be included in the collection.
Bernstein shared on Instagram that “the one request” she gets “more than any others” has been for an “affordable puffy sleeve button down,” which she’s been known to wear on her highly-followed Instagram account.

Luckily for her fans, the Forbes 30 Under 30 alum took notice of those countless asks and included an item to fulfill them: The Puff Sleeve Bodysuit.
The piece, which retails for $69 and comes in white and black, takes the buttoned-up look of a collared shirt and gives it a fun flare with bold, puffy sleeves. The true magic of the garment, though, comes from the fact that it’s a bodysuit, meaning that you never have to worry about your shirt coming untucked while you wear it.
If that’s not a game-changing hack for your everyday wardrobe, then we don’t know what is.

“My followers are really used to me wearing puffy sleeve tops, and it’s hard to find a puffy sleeve bodysuit that’s affordable, but also nicely shaped and will stay tucked-in to what you’re wearing, which is why I made it a bodysuit, because that didn’t really exist,” Bernstein told In The Know during a recent interview promoting her new collection. “I wanted it to be something you could [wear] under overalls, with your jeans, with pants. Whatever you need [it for], the Puff Sleeve Bodysuit will stay tucked-in at all times and look really chic while doing so.”

In addition to the in-demand Puff Sleeve Bodysuit, Bernstein’s current favorite items in the Danielle Bernstein for Macy’s collection make up what she calls “the three-piece suit,” with each piece sold separately and available in white or honey ginger pinstripe: the Cropped Tank Top ($59), Trouser Pants ($89) and the Blazer with Ruched Sleeves ($99).
“I’m slightly biased towards the three-piece suit and the bodysuits, because they’re just what I’m wearing most right now,” Bernstein told ITK.
The Danielle Bernstein for Macy’s collection dropped on Thursday, March 5, and the blogger teased that she’s already been busy working on countless looks for upcoming seasons.
“The next collections that haven’t even come yet are even better, so I’m so excited for those,” she said. “We have already designed Spring, which comes out soon, and Summer and Fall, and I’m now working on the Winter Resort line [for 2021].”
