If you’ve ever tried to take a picture of your dog, you know that getting them to 1) sit still and 2) look at the camera can be a hard task. Insert the Pooch Selfie!

The $10 tool is simple: It’s a small, squeaky tennis ball that you can attach to the top of your phone. The idea is that your dog will look at the ball, giving you the chance to snap the perfect shot.

Founder Jason Hernandez first got the idea because he couldn’t get his dog to look at the camera. He developed the product in 2015 and launched a Kickstarter campaign, which unfortunately led to a lot of copy cats online trying to steal the idea.

However, he gained national recognition as the original inventor after going on ABC’s Shark Tank. On the show, he received a $100,000 investment from Daymond John for a 33.3 percent stake in the company, and since then, it’s grown to be sold on Amazon, Walmart and Bed Bath & Beyond.

The Pooch Selfie is currently 33 percent off on Amazon, making it only $9.99 (it regularly retails for $14.95). So, for only $10, you can take pictures with your furry friend that you’ll be excited to post online or keep forever on the iCloud.
