Nutella opens its first pop-up hotel in Napa Valley for its biggest super fans

Updated

Hotella Nutella opened its doors in Napa Valley, California on Jan. 10 through Jan. 12 on a private vineyard, paying tribute to the brand's Italian roots. The space was filled with Nutella decor, keepsakes and of course, actual Nutella.

Three lucky winners and their plus ones were invited to stay for one unforgettable weekend, chosen from a contest held in December 2019 where hundreds of people submitted videos demonstrating how Nutella made their mornings special. (One of the chosen guests even proposed to his fiancée with a Nutella cake on camera!)

Once arriving at Hotella Nutella, the guests walked on a red carpet and through a giant replica of a jar of Nutella, only to be greeted by Hotella Nutella bellhops who took them to their rooms decorated with special Nutella decor and souvenirs like personalized jars, pillows, bedding, slippers and more.

And the Nutella-filled experience didn't stop there! The hotel hosted celebrity chefs Geoffrey Zakarian and Tanya Holland to create menus incorporating the chocolate hazelnut spread, as well as pancake artist Dancakes.

Take a look inside the Hotella Nutella in the video above and if you feel left out, you can get your own personalized Nutella label on Etsy.
