Mandy Moore's complete style transformation: from plaid skirts to red carpet goddess

True fans of Mandy Moore have followed the performer's nearly 20-year career long before she snagged the title role of Rebecca Pearson on NBC's tear-jerker "This is Us."

She's been gracing the red carpet since 1999, when she stole hearts as a fresh-faced teenage pop singer, eventually venturing onto the big screen as antagonist Lana in "The Princess Diaries," and the lovable Jamie in "A Walk to Remember."

Moore's transition from recording artist to movie star and now television queen all while maintaining her place as one of Hollywood's favorite sweethearts saw her succumb to fashion's most unfortunate trends --turtlenecks and plaid skirts, oversized belts and bubble dresses. But the actress, now 34, has emerged fashion- scandal free.

Her love for 70s-inspired prints, floppy hats and boho silhouettes is apparent. But as she solidifies herself as one of televisions most sought-after stars, her frequent (sophisticated and chic) red carpet appearances continue to blow us away.

Dabbling in high-end designers such as Monique Lhuillier (that princess-inspired frock worn to the 83rd Oscars is one of our favorites), Solace (she bared all in a cut-out dress at the 2016 Critic's Choice Awards) and Carolina Herrera (which she donned at the 2017 Emmys), Moore has proven she's a fashion force to watch out for.
