Baby Archie steals the show during royal tour of Africa

Updated

Finally, a baby Archie sighting!

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's five-month-old son helped kick off the third day of the royal tour of Africa on Wednesday. It's the first time we've seen Archie since mom Meghan brought him to a charity polo match two and a half months ago.

Little Archie, dressed in adorable $20 overalls from H&M, attended his first official royal engagement to meet with anti-apartheid activist Archbishop Desmond Tutu and his daughter, Thandeka Tutu-Gxashe, in Cape Town, South Africa, to learn more about the Archbishop's foundation to combat global injustice.

Archie was also gifted two books from the Archbishop, Children of God Storybook Bible and Desmond and the Mean Word, both of which were written by the Archbishop himself.

The Sussexes later shared photos of Archie meeting the Archbishop to their 9.5 million Instagram followers; the first shows the family of three with the notable leader, and the second shows Meghan, glowing in Club Monaco's Dremah Silk Dress (on sale for $230!), while the Archbishop plants a kiss on Archie's head.
