NYFW: Cynthia Rowley takes you to all 'the places you'll go' in her Dr. Seuss-inspired collection

Oh! The places you'll go!

The beloved Dr. Seuss book came to life on the runway at the Cynthia Rowley Spring 2020 show on September 10th down an alley off of Harrison Street in Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood.

The runway itself was whimsically adorned with drawings from the book while the collection played to the title with its beachy, adventurous feel that made every piece feel like a vacation or at the very least, made you want to leave the show and book one!

Rowley dressed models in vibrant, 70s-inspired florals and color-blocked wetsuits, pairing pieces with striped, straw top hats and brushed out hair with with center parts.

Take a look through the high-energy show below:

The outdoor show served retro vibes with modern silhouettes creating a funky, youthful atmosphere and collection that looks like it just jumped off a vintage California postcard.

Standout pieces included a slouchy sequined suit in melted blue, purple and black areas of color, a tiered metallic midi-dress with peach-colored swirls and a groovy (there truly isn't a more appropriate word) long-sleeved wetsuit plastered with red, yellow and blue flowers.
