NYFW: Carolina Herrera's collection checks off spring's biggest trends

Carolina Herrera's Spring 2020 collection, designed by Wes Gordon, may as well have been a living trend report!

The vibrant collection debuted on Monday of New York Fashion Week, and included tie-dye inspired prints, plaid separates, suiting pieces, polka dots and florals. While that may seem like a lot of ground to cover in one runway show, Gordon created a very cohesive collection of complementing colors and seamless transitions.

Memorable pieces from the collection included a white collared blouse and yellow skirt, reminiscent of Ms. Herrera herself, and a blue short-sleeved gown covered in tiny blue, green and yellow floral embellishments.

The likes of Vanessa Hudgens, Martha Steward, Georgina Bloomberg, Shanina Shaik and Karlie Kloss were just a few of the famous faces that attended the show.
