Zoo Babies: Meet the three most adorable cubs at the Nashville Zoo

Welcome to AOL Lifestyle's Zoo Babies, which profiles the newest and most adorable additions to zoos across America. From a baby sloth named Wookiee to a rambunctious baby tiger named Carli, these zoo babies will fulfill your daily dose of cuteness.

Meet Kamala, JD and Paitoon, the newest furry friends to join the clouded leopard community at the Nashville Zoo. The Tennessee zoo became home to 13 clouded leopards after the threesome's birth on April 29th.

Their spots are what helps Dr. Heather Roberston and other caretakers at the zoo tell them apart. "It's like their personal ID that they carry around with them!" Robertson, Director of Veterinary Services, explains to AOL Lifestyle.

They can also be told apart by their differing personalities: While JD can be described as "the big male" and most outgoing, Paitoon is the most troublesome and Kamala is "a sweetheart."

While JD and Paitoon will grow to be twice Kamala's size, all three of the cubs were first introduced to ground turkey meat when they were six weeks old. And like all cats, the clouded leopards are carnivores, but Kamala's diet has to be supplemented with milk, too!

Watch the video above to see JD, Paitoon and Kamala's personalities come alive in this week's episode of Zoo Babies!
