The Sephora VIB sale is on -- here's everything we're buying

The Sephora VIB sale has finally begun, and we have the inside scoop on when exactly you can shop the sale and what we plan on buying this year! Here's what you need to know:

First off, Sephora's major sale doesn't come around often and it's pretty exclusive: only Rogue and VIB members (aka members of Sephora's Beauty Insider program) can take advantage.

Starting today, August 19, Rogue members (shoppers that spend $1,000 at the retailer per year) can get first pick of the lot and score 20 percent off Sephora merchandise. VIB members (those that spend $350 a year) will gain access to the event on Tuesday, August 20, and will be able to save 15 percent. The sale ends on August 27 and there are only sale restrictions on a few brands (click here for more on sale exclusions), so just use the code SUMMERSAVE at checkout.

This year, we plan on stocking our beauty cabinets with everything we need for the upcoming fall and winter season, so that means products like nourishing shampoo, a fresh signature scent, a statement lip color and weightless sunscreen (which everyone should be wearing 24/7 all year long!).
