These 3-ingredient fruity jams make a great addition to your charcuterie board

Learn how to make easy raspberry, blueberry and fig Jams with just three ingredients in this episode of Best Bites.

We recommend using smaller jars (4 to 6-ounce sizes) and sterilizing them before use. If you're not familiar with canning jams or the sterilization process, you should refrigerate these jams and use within one month.

Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raspberries

  • 1 1/2 cup granulate sugar

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Mix raspberries and sugar in a bowl. Let them sit to macerate for 15 minutes, tossing the berries a couple of times so they release their juice.

  2. Heat a pot over medium-high heat and add berries. Mix with lemon juice and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring frequently

  3. Ladle jam into jars.

Blueberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups blueberries

  • 1 1/2 cup granulate sugar
