Denise Austin's easy, 6-minute at-home workout: Watch!

Get fit in six minutes!

Fitness expert Denise Austin recently shared some tips exclusively with AOL about what it takes to stay fit as you get into your 40s, 50s and 60s, noting that all it takes is a few minutes of movement every day to kickstart a healthier lifestyle.

"I love a 5-minute wakeup workout," Austin said, adding that tightening your tummy for just five seconds is equivalent to one sit-up. "This energizes the body, and gets you ready for a good mindset."
