This creamy white Russian cocktail is made with a chocolate twist

This sweet twist on a classic White Russian is a chocolatey treat with a kick. Check out the recipe on this episode of Cocktail of the Week.

Ingredients

  • chocolate syrup

  • 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur

  • 1 ounce amaretto

  • 2 1/2 ounces half & half

  • 1 cinnamon sticks

  • ice

  • chocolate pieces for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour chocolate sauce in the bottom of the glass so the bottom completely coated. Use a spoon to brush the chocolate up on the side of the glass all the way around.

  2. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.

  3. In a cocktail shaker, mix white chocolate liqueur, amaretto, half & half and ice. Shake well and strain liquid into the glass.

  4. Garnish glass with cinnamon stick and chocolate pieces.
