You've never had a cobb salad like this before

Welcome to Best Bites, a twice-weekly video series that aims to satisfy your never-ending craving for food content through quick, beautiful videos for the at-home foodie. Check back on Tuesdays and Thursdays for new episodes!

This isn't your average cobb salad! Learn how to make the best version of this summer staple.

Ingredients

For the dressing:

  • 3/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

For the salad:

  • 10 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Make the dressing by combining all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
  2. Arrange salad greens on a large plate and top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, egg and bacon on top.
  3. Drizzle the salad with dressing and enjoy!
