Ivanka Trump wears over $22,000 in outfits during three days in the UK

Ivanka Trump did her best to impress the royal family while on an official state visit to the U.K. with her father, President Donald Trump, earlier this week. Between accompanying him to important meetings with Theresa May and attending a state banquet held at Buckingham Palace, Ivanka Trump's dresses in the U.K. totaled over $22,000—and she was only there for three days.

The first daughter's most expensive look included the $10,990 Carolina Herrera trench gown she wore to the state banquet on Monday, June 4. The dress featured a shirt collar, button down front and tie sleeves. She accessorized her look with pearls, matching embellished pumps and a silver clutch, and kept her hair in a low bun.

While well-styled and beautifully made, some deemed the look too casual for the white-tie event. According to The Daily Mail, etiquette expert William Hanson said, "Ivanka Trump's look was perfect... for an Upper East Side corporate garden party." (She was also criticized for not placing a hand over her heart during the US national anthem.)

Ivanka wore her second most expensive outfit to Westminster Abbey earlier in the day. For the occasion, she wore a white pleated skirt paired with a white jacket featuring dramatic, puffy sleeves and a wide, crystal embellished belt. The almost 80s-inspired look was designed by Alessandra Rich (a favorite designer of Kate Middleton's) and Gianvito Rossi pumps came to around $4,500 (not including the fascinator she wore by Irish designer Philip Treacy).

While Ivanka was only a part of the official state visit for Monday, June 3 and Tuesday, June 4, she arrived in London a day early to visit the V&A Museum. With a friend, she posed for a photo posted to Instagram wearing her most affordable look, a yellow floral Les Rêveries dress ($648) and electric blue pumps.
