New Mega Stuf Oreo O's cereal is like the original, but with more creme filling

Updated

One could argue that the best part about an Oreo cookie is the creme (and actually, we think most would agree). That's why the brand has increasingly added more of it to their cookies with variations like the Double Stuf, Mega Stuf and this year, The Most Stuf Oreos. Now, Oreo O's cereal is catching up with a new Mega Stuf variety.

Mega Stuf Oreo O's cereal made by Post features chocolately, crunchy cereal O's (like the original) but adds "creme" in the form of marshmallows. It's crunchy, it's chewy, it's downright addicting. And there's no need to wait to try it, because Mega Stuf Oreo O's cereal is available now at Walmart for only $3.98.

Die-hard fans will recognize, however, that this isn't the first time the cereal has added marshmallows to its mix. Oreo O's cereal first launched in 1997 and was a huge hit, especially in pop culture. (You might remember how the iconic cereal sat atop Joey's fridge on "Friends" for nearly a decade!) And in 2001, a new version came out called Extreme Creme Taste Oreo O's featuring the creme filling-flavored marshmallows.

Oreo O's was later discontinued in 2007 over a dispute between Post and Kraft (one owned the cereal, the other owned the cookie). But to fans' delight, Post brought the cereal back in 2017 and with a Golden Oreo O's variation as well.

For now, the original Oreo O's cereal is being produced indefinitely, but there's no word on how long you'll be able to get your hands on a box of the Mega Stuf Oreo O's cereal (so act fast!).
