Bridal Week 2019: Naeem Khan wows with lace, handmade veils and feathers

Any bride would be lucky to wear a wedding dress designed by Naeem Khan. His ornate creations are works of art and this week we got to see these pieces of art in person at his Spring 2020 Bridal preview in New York City.

From feathers to lace to beads and hand-stitched veils, each dress (and jumpsuit!) was more beautiful than the last. While known for his beading, Khan's latest bridal collection was much lighter -- literally. This collection used less beading than previous showings and instead relied heavily on elaborate laces and dramatic veils.

The collection reflected styles from Khan's successful read-to-wear line and also had some inspiration from the '70s peeking through in the shape of long bell sleeves and deep v-necks.

While each gown was gorgeous, they were also undeniably fun. We can easily see several of the shorter hemmed dresses becoming reception looks for a bride to wear to her after party or even at her rehearsal dinner. Scroll through the gallery above to see the entire collection.
