Cauliflower contains a healthy dose of vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium, folate and a B vitamin called choline, which helps with brain development. Not only that, but it's loaded with fiber, so it will make you feel full and for a while. 

You can find cauliflower in your grocery store year round, but it's technically in-season October through April.
