What to make for dinner this week: April 7 - April 13

What should you make for dinner this week? Well, let us recommend some of our favorite recipes. Whether you consider yourself a semi-professional chef or an aspiring foodie, you’ll find that all of these meals are quick and easy to make. Not to mention, they’re downright delicious! Check back each Sunday for more weekly dinner ideas.

This week we're using some of our favorite spring produce to make stuffed crust pizza, pasta topped with burrata, a vibrant soup and crispy tartines. You'll notice that some of these use the same ingredients, so you can avoid random leftover vegetables sitting in the crisper drawer of your fridge until they go bad (because you know you're going to forget about them).

Other dishes we're whipping up include fish tacos with a spicy tomatillo-jalapeño salsa and strip steak frites with a béarnaise butter sauce. 

The steak frites recipe, which comes from James Beard Award winner and New York City restaurateur Andrew Carmellini, sears strip steaks with butter infused with tarragon, shallots and vinegar. The frites (French fries) are boiled with a dash of salt and vinegar to give them an extra tangy kick. No ketchup required!
