Did Prince Harry hint that Meghan Markle is expecting twins?

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will soon have their hands full.

Ever since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced their pregnancy in October, royal baby rumors have been flying. Is it a boy or a girl? What will the name be? Is Meghan actually intent on raising her child gender neutral? Aside from the last rumor, Kensington Palace has yet to comment on any of these Baby Sussex theories in accordance with royal protocol.

But one resurfaced remark left fans believing that the couple is expecting twins. Back in March, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended a ceremony to celebrate Prince Charles' 50th anniversary of his investiture at Buckingham Palace, where father-to-be Prince Harry chatted with war veteran Simon Weston about rugby.

“We joked about Wales defeating England in the Six Nations rugby," West reportedly told The Daily Express. "I also warned him and the Duchess it serves him right as they will be getting plenty of sleepless nights when the baby is born.”

"[Harry] said if they have any more than two, it will serve him right," West continued.

Speculation of the double bundles of joy arose around the holidays, when the Irish betting company Paddy Power came forward to confirm they had stopped taking bets due to the surge of bets on twins. "An unprecedented amount of bets on Meghan and Harry to have twins has forced us to stop taking bets on the market altogether,” said a spokesman for TODAY.

Just a few weeks later, a clandestine photo of the couple that showed a very "popped" duchess reheated these theories, despite the palace's silence on the rumors.
