This peanut butter and jelly smoothie is a fun twist on the all time classic sandwich! Try out this healthy smoothie and you'll be sure to get your kids eating fruit.
Ingredients
Peanut butter layer:
1 large banana, frozen
2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
1/3 cup milk
Blueberry "jelly" layer:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup concord grape juice
Instructions
Place the ingredients for the peanut butter smoothie layer in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
Add the blueberries and grape juice to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour carefully into glass on top of the other layer.
