Kate Middleton dazzles in red Carolina Herrera for visit to Belfast

Lady in red!

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made a surprise appearance in Belfast on Wednesday morning as part of a two-day visit to Northern Ireland. The parents-of-three have spent the first half meeting locals during their many engagements, which included talking to Northern Ireland's legendary footballer Pat Jennings at the Windsor Park Football Stadium.

For the occasion, the duchess recycled a red Carolina Herrera coat that she previously debuted during the royal tour of Canada in 2016. She paired the look with black jeans and her go-to L.K. Bennett suede lace-up boots (which are on sale!).

On Wednesday, Prince William and Duchess Kate also spent time with local children from the Irish Football Association of Northern Ireland's Shooting Stars program, which encourages girls to participate in soccer (er, football). The duchess swapped her heels for sneakers to join in on some games.

Prince William also took part, getting competitive on the opposite team. The two also received jerseys for Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
