This 5-year-old won New York Fashion Week

Updated

Most people won't have the opportunity to sit front row at New York Fashion Week in their lifetime, let alone by the time they're 5 years old. But Taylen Biggs, fashion influencer, model, critic, entrepreneur and proclaimed "mini Anna Wintour," is clearly not your average kid.

Taylen first went viral on her mother Angelica Calad's Instagram (which has since been deleted) when she was just 6 months old — the photo garnered 100,000 likes in a day. "That's when I realized something was going on," Calad told Cosmopolitan back in 2017. But she didn't realize how big Taylen was getting until the Kardashians reached out in 2014, asking her represent their brand, Kardashian Kids, at just 18 months old.

Flash forward a couple years and by 3, Taylen was repping Betsey Johnson, Cybex by Jeremy Scott, Rob Kardashian's sock line and walking in shows for Little Miss Aoki and Sherri Hill. She started traveling for photo shoots with the money she made from sponsored posts on Instagram — her parents set aside the rest of her earnings in her own trust account.

And most recently she was spotted crossing her legs as they hung from her front row seat at New York Fashion Week, taking videos of the runway show on her cell phone next to top celebrities. She posted countless photos with designers post-show to her Instagram account @taylenbiggs too, which currently has 165,000 followers.

This fashion week, her looks included a slight dusting of glitter on her cheeks, bold-shaped sunglasses and colorful braided up-dos — most of which are available to buy on taylenbiggs.com. Her ensembles were bold, sassy and all kinds of fun.

You can take a look at some of Taylen's sassiest and most fashionable photos from NYFW in the gallery above. We can't wait to see what Taylen does next!
