Melania Trump's one glove at the 2019 State of the Union is causing quite the stir on Twitter
The first lady made quite the entrance at the 2019 State of the Union address, which was held Tuesday night at the House of Representatives. As most of the democratic attendees opted for an all-white attire in support of the suffragette movement, Melania's navy look offered a sharp contrast to the sea of white.
Dressed in a dark navy military wool coat from Burberry (which retails for $2400 on the retailer's website), FLOTUS entered the chambers to a standing ovation, later joining the rest of her family, including Tiffany (dressed in all white), Ivanka (in Alexander McQueen) and Eric and Donald Trump Jr. to hear the president's speech.
While Twitter was quick to address the irony of Tiffany choosing all white for the occasion, it was Melania's solo glove that seemed to cause quite the buzz on the internet.
