Sofia Vergara styles us with the perfect date night outfit using her new, inclusive line of affordable denim

If there is one person whose sexy style and killer confidence exudes in everything she does, it's Sofia Vergara. The "Modern Family" star sat down with us and dished on her new fashion line, what the perfect date night outfit looks like and what Joe Manganiello has in store for Valentine's Day.

"I wanted to do something affordable for every woman," Vergara explained. "When you make a project like this, it’s amazing that you can include everyone, so that was a thing that I wanted to do with Walmart.com. Everyone shops online, online there are sizes for everyone, and it's going to be affordable. You don’t have to just buy one pair of jeans, you can buy more because they're $29."

Launching exclusively on Walmart.com, Sofía Jeans by Sofía Vergara is not only affordable but inclusive as well. Her fashion collection offers sizes 0-20 in jeans, skirts, and shorts, and extra-small to triple extra-large in tops, with all items priced at $40 or under. Plus, every piece is named after a woman in Vergara's family.

"One of the basic pieces that every woman owns no matter size, no matter what ethnicity is a pair of jeans," says Vergara. "My mom is 70 years old and she wears jeans, my niece is 26 and she wears jeans all day long. It's something that women want -- a good pair of jeans to have when you don’t know what to wear."

Not knowing what to wear is a problem even the highest paid actress on television has. Vergara revealed that on days where nothing seems to fit or look right she throws on her Sofia jeans or the joggers from her line to look a little more put together when arriving on set at five in the morning -- and will still hold up during after work meetings, dinner, and even a date.

When we asked the stylish star what she would dress us in for a hot Valentine's date night look, she immediately pointed to a one-shouldered, striped top.

"The striped top is sexy, you can wear it with the Sofia jeans -- that’s going to look super sexy. Actually, I think I’m going to wear that," Vergara laughs.

And what plans does the actress usually have with her husband, Joe Manganiello, on the iconic holiday?

"Joe is usually the one that takes care of the reservation so he’ll tell me like three days before and we’ll go to a restaurant or we’ll take a little trip," says Vergara. "Not far away but an overnight trip. We love Santa Barbara, San Diego, somewhere close by where it feels like we did something."

And speaking of love, the actress is also producing a series of stories on Facebook titled 365 Days of Love, dedicated to things humans can't live without.

"Every day when you’re on social media, the main stuff [on there] is super stressing," says Vergara. "It’s not just bad news it’s also like weird news and we said, ‘Let’s try to produce something that is fun, is cute and brings hope.' We decided to do little stories about people who love things. Like a dog, a country, a dessert -- it doesn't have to be insane but it’s just like the honest thing that makes someone happy."

And what makes Sofia Vergara happy?

"Cake," laughs the actress. "It's not good for me."
