Adam Levine's tank top draws hilarious pillow comparisons during the Super Bowl

Whether you're there for the queso and wings or for the competition, there's no denying that the 2019 Super Bowl wasn't without its highlights.

Maroon 5 took the stage for the game's halftime show -- and it was a "safe" performance that left many fans quite underwhelmed. However, it was lead singer Adam Levine's look that has gone viral on Twitter, all thanks to its resemblance to a Target pillow.

Fans posted photos of their own checkered brown pillows next to Levine and his matching tank top for comparison to Twitter. The pillow has gone viral, with many now deeming it the "Adam Levine pillow."

"Who wore it best: Adam Levine or pillow?" asked one Twitter user. "Everyone so excited about Adam Levine taking his shirt off at halftime but, did anyone notice that his shirt matches a couch pillow..." said another.

But, it seems that football's biggest night out wasn't without its fair share of controversy, either. Many notable celebrities boycotted this year's Super Bowl in defense of Colin Kaepernick. In addition, this year's games also drew the lowest ratings in a decade.
