NFL legend Terrell Owens has the perfect trick to take care of Super Bowl food odors

Chicken wings. Potato skins. Soda and beer. Nachos. Chips and dip. Hosting any party in your home can be a daunting task, but Super Bowl parties – and the snacks they require – are another monster entirely.

NFL legend and Hall of Famer Terrell Owens, who played 16 seasons in the league, understands that better than anybody. That's why he teamed up with Febreze to help hosts and hostesses across the country make the most of their Game Day parties.

"There were a lot of smells on the set that day, so it got pretty stinky," Owens said of the above video he filmed with Febreze. "[It was] a combination of foul and strong odors all in one place."

Owens cited the onions, chili and trash as the worst offenders – which are all likely to make an appearance at any good Super Bowl party.

The reality is that sometimes the smelliest foods are the best ones, like Owens' favorite: nachos.

"People can add different things to the nachos to make one big, stinky mess," he said of the snack. "That's why I'm reminding people to get Febreze ahead of Super Bowl to eliminate those sometimes offensive odors."

As for the actual Super Bowl on February 3, Owens says he believes the New England Patriots will "run away" with the game and prevail over the Los Angeles Rams.
