Pregnant Meghan Markle shows off her baby bump in Hatch to visit Smart Works

It's been a big morning for the Duchess of Sussex!

On Thursday morning, Kensington Palace announced that the 37-year-old royal will become Patron of four different organizations, each of which is dedicated to the arts, education, support for women and animal welfare.

Following that announcement, Duchess Meghan paid a visit to Smart Works, one of the four patronages she's been delegated. The organization helps dress and coach unemployed women for job interviews and return to employment. Since it was established, the charity has helped nearly 11,000 women secure a job, and in turn has built a flourishing women's network.

For the occasion, the mom-to-be looked business chic in a black dress from the maternity brand Hatch, which she paired with an Oscar de la Renta trench coat and Gianvito Rossi pumps. She accessorized the look with matching tan gloves, a black clutch and Kimai earrings.

In classic Meghan style, the royal also opted for a sleek bun.

In addition to Smart Works, the Duchess of Sussex's three other patronages include The Mayhew, the Association of Commonwealth Universities and the National Theater. According to the palace, Meghan will pay a visit to these organizations in the coming weeks.
