Duchess Kate shines in recycled Catherine Walker coat for church services in Sandringham

Updated

It seems the Cambridge family both began and closed out the busy holiday season at Sandringham Estate, the queen's holiday home.

On Sunday, Duchess Kate and Prince William were spotted attending church services with Queen Elizabeth. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who were without their three children, waved and chatted to royal well-wishers, some of whom handed the couple bouquets.

While Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan joined the family for services on Christmas Day, the parents-to-be were missing on Sunday.

Kate, who turns 37 on Wednesday, opted for a polka-dot dress and a royal blue Catherine Walker coat, one of her go-to designers. The coat is still one of our favorites of the duchess' and was debuted at the couple's trip to Norway last winter, when Kate was still pregnant with Prince Louis.

The mom-of-three accessorized the look with a matching headband by Jane Taylor, navy Prada heels and a Jimmy Choo clutch, according to reports.

Sandringham Estate, 100 miles north of London, has been in the royal family since 1862. Every year, the royal family gathers at the queen's country home from Christmas until the new year for church services and to watch the queen deliver her holiday broadcast.
