Meghan Markle just gave a major hint about her due date

The royal baby may be arriving sooner than we think!

The Duchess of Sussex dropped a huge hint while spending time with royal well wishers in Sandringham on Christmas Day, while attending church services alongside Prince Harry, Duchess Kate, Prince William and other members of the family.

"She said, 'We are excited. We're nearly there,'" said Karen Anvil, one of the well-wishers who had the opportunity to meet the 37-year-old royal, according to E! News.

"You know what? She was so genuine. She was doing her duty as a royal with the crowds," Anvil continued. "But when I asked her about the baby, she changed totally. She was glowing and instinctively went for her stomach. It was lovely."

While the duchess wasn't specific in her slipup, her remarks leave royal fans wondering if Baby Sussex will arrive earlier than expected. When announcing her pregnancy in October, Kensington Palace vaguely reported that Meghan is due in the spring.

The duchess spent her first Christmas as a royal with sister-in-law Kate Middleton, putting rumors of their feud to rest. For more on how the royals celebrate the holiday season, watch the video above.
