Priyanka Chopra dazzles in Ralph Lauren bridal gown for wedding to Nick Jonas
And Priyanka Chopra is officially a married woman!
The actress, 36, married Nick Jonas in an extravagant affair over the weekend at Jodhpur's Umaid Bhawan Palace. Two different ceremonies were held to blend the couple's Western and Hindu backgrounds, which Chopra donned two different wedding gowns for -- and both were equally as beautiful.
For Saturday's Christian ceremony, Chopra opted for a sheer, handmade Ralph Lauren gown that reportedly took 1,826 hours to create. According to People, the beaded long-sleeved gown was embroidered with 2,380,000 mother of pearl sequins, along with hand-stitching of her parents' names, the date of her wedding and Jonas' full name. The star also sported a 75-foot veil and Jimmy Choos for the extravaganza.
Jonas also donned a custom Ralph Lauren suit for the nuptials, as did the bridal party and the bride's mom and the groom's parents.

Lauren was an obvious choice for the designer behind Chopra's gown and has played an integral part in the couple's love story. Jonas and Chopra were both invited to the 2017 Met Gala by the designer, who was "not aware of their flirtatious texts" the two exchanged months before.
“For the Western wedding, we had been talking to a bunch of incredible designers, but ultimately when Ralph Lauren approached us, I learned that Ralph has only designed three wedding dresses in 50 years — one for his daughter, his daughter in law, and his niece,” Chopra explained to People about the process. She was "blown away."
The couple later changed into traditional Hindu outfits by Indian designer Sabyasachi for Sunday's ceremony. Chopra, who opted for an entirely-crimson red look embroidered with hand-cut organza flowers, crystals and silk. The intricate lehenga took 3,720 hours to create and was also embroidered with Nick's name and the names of Chopra's parents as well.
