10 of the most heartwarming veteran homecomings

There's nothing more emotional than a veteran homecoming. 

Whether it's for an hour or a day, a year or forever, these veteran returns deserve all the publicity and more. 

In honor of today's holiday, we're reliving some of the most heartwarming homecomings. From veterans surprising their children and their spouses, their parents and their pets, these videos show just how special their returns are.
