Adriana Lima is hanging up her Angel wings.

The 37-year-old Brazilian beauty, who has walked in 18 Victoria's Secret Fashion Shows, announced her retirement from the lingerie brand at Thursday's taping. Following an emotional montage, Lima took the runway in tears, blowing kisses and taking a bow.

She later returned for a final look in a celestial-inspired bodysuit, and joined fellow Angels such as Behati Prinsloo, Taylor Hill, Candice Swanepoel and Elsa Hosk for the finale.

“This has been my 18th fashion show and I am still as excited as I was from the first day," she told People. The model mom-of-two also posted an announcement on her Instagram.

"Dear Victoria, Thank you for showing me the world, sharing your secrets, and most importantly not just giving me wings but teaching me to fly. ❤️ to the best fans in the 🌎! Love, Adriana 💖," she captioned the video.

Adriana first took the runway in 1999 when she was just 18, and went on to become a spokeswoman for Maybelline, Desigual, Sportmax and Calzedonia, as well as one of the world's top paid models.

What's next for the supermodel? "I’m looking forward to support women and being connected to different projects which support women around the world,” she revealed.
