Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid are both confirmed for the 2018 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Updated

It's official: Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid are both confirmed for the 2018 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

Rumors about the two young models' return to the Victoria's Secret runway began swirling back in mid-September, when 46 models, including Karlie Kloss, were announced as cast in this year's show. But Hadid and Jenner, both of whom have walked in the lingerie spectacular in the past, were noticeably missing from the roster.

The news was shared by Brian Atwood on Instagram, who is the shoe designer for the show.

"Less than 1 month away!!!! Let’s do this @gigihadid @victoriassecret Can’t wait to show you what we have done for the show!!!!," he captioned a photo of Hadid.

The designer later posted a similar picture of Jenner. "Can’t wait to see this beauty @kendalljenner strutting in my shoes for the @victoriassecret fashion show... less than a month away!!!!" he wrote.

Neither Jenner nor Hadid walked in last year's show in Shanghai. Jenner was never confirmed due to contractual obligations with lingerie competitor La Perla, while Hadid was forced to drop out last minute, reportedly due to a controversial "racist" video from earlier in 2017.

Hadid's younger sister Bella, who has also walked for VSFS in the past, has yet to be confirmed for this year's show.

Also returning to this year's runway is Angel Behati Prinsloo, who took a three-year break for the birth of her two children. The 30-year-old Namibian beauty shares daughters Dusty Rose and Gio Grace with "Maroon 5" frontman Adam Levine.

After two years abroad, the 2018 show will be taking place in New York and will feature a collaboration with London-based designer Mary Katrantzou.
