This coffee shop is empowering people with disabilities

A little coffee shop in Austin, Texas is doing way more than just serving up a great cup of coffee. 

Empowered Coffee, located inside the 410 Speedshop and Run Lab, has an incredible staff of friendly baristas that all have intellectual and developmental disabilities. The opportunities that the staff members are given help them to gain both career and life skills, as well as a purposeful job.
