PETA releases controversial Halloween costume depicting Donald Trump Jr. killing a leopard

It may be only September, but it's already Halloween for some!

PETA is now accepting pre-orders for its "limited-edition" Donald Trump Jr. Halloween costume, inspired by a very controversial photograph that showed Trump Jr. and Eric Trump posing and smiling over the body of a dead leopard.

"There's nothing more frightful than an entitled ghoul who gets his kicks from gunning down wild animals," writes the president of the organization Ingrid Newkirk.

The Trump family, Donald Trump Jr. in particular, has been vocal about their support of the second amendment. The first son has taken to social media to criticize gun control, as well as regularly share hunting photos and pictures of trips to gun ranges (with his kids in-tow) to Instagram.

The family has been slammed for their recreational hunting trips -- like big game trips in Africa and annual hunting trips to Canada -- while POTUS himself has been criticized for his administration's stance on the issue.

The costumer retails for $169 on PETA's website and features a bloody camouflage jacket, a red hat with Trump Jr.’s name written in bold white letters and a stuffed leopard. Profits will “go directly to support PETA’s lifesaving work for wild animals.”
