NYFW: Naeem Khan debuts a clash of cultures for his Spring 2019 collection debuted at New York Fashion Week

The name Naeem Khan is synonymous with glamour, intricate beading and red carpet moments. For his Spring 2019 collection, the Indian-American fashion designer took it back to the roots of his first impression of New York City.

From the start, elegant evening gowns were Naeem Kahn's focus which transitioned into a slew of strong and sexy mini-dresses. In a clash of cultures ranging from Studio 54 esqué jumpsuits marrying Andy Warhol's pop art, Khan managed to make a mix of generations look more cohesive than ever.

Loud color-blocked capes layered over lace dresses conveyed a playful spirit to a brand with so much elegance. There were bright yellow fringed belted skirts and neon hues that made the clothing wearable when thought of as separates.

Naeem Kahn's collection delivered key trends for the upcoming season: bold colors, power shoulders, and elevated hoodies. The show closed with a fuchsia ruffle and black taffeta v-neck gown followed by a flock of models powerfully walking out to Pat Benatar's Love is a Battlefield for a statement-making finale.

The front row brought in a long list of A-listers including Ryan Seacrest, Ashley Tisdale, Carmen Electra, Jackie Cuz and more. Check out the stars sitting front row below!
